Magnificent flare

I never have seen such a flare in times. That means Aurora tomorrow and maybe radio blackouts on HF. The last two weeks we have a lot of geomagnetic disturbances.

Today I worked RZ3AWI and UA3WT with PSK31 on 20 meter. On 17 meter I worked HG15IPA with CW.

Results WSPR on 80 meter tonight with 5 watt.

  1. Magnificent flare...I often observe the Sun from my small observatory, and watch SOHO footage online...this is the best flare I've seen...
