Andorra or not?

I jumped up from my chair. I heard Andorra on 18.078 on CW (listen) C3LZA/P finnaly! I worked him. It was a very long time on my wish list. When I was looking up with QRZ.com I saw it was a pirate. Aaaargh.

On 28.009 I worked J48LH again on CW. The station transmitted no K at the end of a CQ call so a lot of stations were doubling. Also worked YU9DX on 28.010 KHz.
